Why schedule

The send doesn't depend on someone remembering

Reminders, follow-ups and notices go out at the planned moment, without depending on who's on shift.

Date and time

Choose exactly when the message should be sent.

Automatic sending

The platform sends it on its own, with nobody watching.

Inside the conversation

The schedule comes out of the conversation and stays in the contact's history.

Adjust before it goes

Edit or cancel the send while it's still scheduled.

Reminders and follow-ups

Agree a follow-up with the customer and schedule it on the spot.

Strategic dates

Prepare notices for due dates, deliveries and key dates.

24-hour window and templates

When a scheduled send needs an approved template

WhatsApp only allows a free-form message in the 24 hours after the customer's last reply. Outside that, the send has to go through a Meta-approved template.

  • Scheduling a send from the conversation itself
  • A list of the upcoming scheduled sends
  • Editing or cancelling before the set date
  • Sending with already-approved message templates

How it works

From what you agreed with the customer to the send at the right time

The schedule is created inside the conversation, with the message already written and the date set by whoever spoke to the customer.

  1. 1

    Choose the contact

The schedule starts from the conversation itself, with the chat history in view.

  2. 2

    Write the message

Type the text or use an already-approved message template, with variables like name and date.

  3. 3

    Set date and time

Set the day and time of the send, even if it falls outside the team's hours.

  4. 4

    Track the send

The message appears in the list of upcoming sends and can be edited or cancelled before it goes.

24-hour window and templates

When a scheduled send needs an approved template

WhatsApp only allows a free-form message in the 24 hours after the customer's last reply. Outside that, the send has to go through a Meta-approved template.

  • Alert when WhatsApp's 24-hour window has closed
  • Meta-approved message templates ready to use
  • Variables in the body text: name, agent, product, date and time
  • Templates synced with Meta and available per channel and per team

Sending rule

Within 24h

Free-form text. The message goes out exactly as you wrote it in the conversation.

After 24h

The platform asks for an approved template, with the variables filled in.

About scheduled messages

Yes. While the message is scheduled it shows in the list of upcoming sends, and you can edit the text, change the date or cancel it outright.

The send follows the time zone configured on the account, the same one used for the company's business hours in Settings. You set the time and the platform fires on it.

It depends on the timing. If the send falls within 24 hours of the customer's last message, the text can be free-form. Outside that window, WhatsApp requires an approved template, and the platform offers the ones active on your account.

Yes. Sending is automatic and doesn't depend on anyone being logged in. That's why you can schedule early-morning reminders or end-of-day notices.
